Both the strengthening and maintenance of SUGEMI are now dependent on in-depth training for all public health system staff responsible for supply functions. Accordingly, the SPS and SIAPS programs designed a methodology that will make it possible to learn essential aspects of pharmaceutical supply management while simultaneously acquiring the necessary tools and ability to apply SUGEMI procedures to Ministry of Public Health pharmaceutical services.

El fortalecimiento y sostenimiento del SUGEMI depende ahora de la capacitación en profundidad, de todo el personal responsable del suministro en el sistema público de salud. Con este fin, los programas SPS y SIAPS diseñaron una metodología que permitirá, de forma simultánea, conocer conceptos y herramientas útiles para la gestión de suministro de medicamentos y aplicar los procedimientos del SUGEMI en los servicios farmacéuticos del Ministerio de Salud Pública.
